PureGreen Plumbing LLC completed a large-scale commercial plumbing tenant improvement at the Gainesville Mall @ 13th in Gainesville, FL. This project involved converting a former Piccadilly’s restaurant into multiple rentable retail spaces. Our scope of work included concrete cutting and chipping, trenching, new underground plumbing, commercial plumbing rough-ins, piping installation, and full plumbing trim-out. All work was performed to meet local and state commercial plumbing codes, preparing the space for new retail tenants and long-term occupancy.
